Men's Blair Cup – July 1 – July 31
Format: a player records four net 9-hole rounds to be played at his convenience throughout the month. Must be playing with one member when playing the round. The players with the lowest total for the four rounds will be the Blair Cup champion.

Winning player has name engraved on the Blair Cup.
Men's Four Ball – July 1 – July 31
Matches are scheduled throughout the month.
Format: two men will play as partners vs. two competitors in a 9-hole match using 100% of each player’s handicap with the winning team moving to the next round.
$5.00 entry fee
Winners will have names engraved on Trophy. Each receive the Jefferson Cup.
Ladies Four Ball – July 1 – July 31
Matches are scheduled throughout the month.
Format: two ladies will play as partners vs. two competitors in a 9-hole match using 100% of each player’s handicap with the winning team moving to the next round.
$5.00 entry fee
Winners will have names engraved in Trophy. Each receive the President’s Cup.
Flag Day Tournament – July 4, all day
Format: 9 holes of individual stroke play using 100% of player’s handicap. When player has reached their allotted stroke total he/she places their flag in the ground. Flag farthest along the course wins (ex: a player with a 9-hole handicap of 10 is allowed to make 45 (par 35 + 10) strokes before he places his flag in the turf).

Men's Club Championships – July 9-10
Time: 8:00 AM tee times
Format: 36-hole individual stroke play. 18 holes on Saturday, 18 holes on Sunday. Lowest total score wins.

Limited to 64 players
Format: mixed golf – Chapman format: Two players play as partners, each playing from the teeing ground and each playing the partner’s ball for the second shot. After the second shot, partners select the ball with which they wish to score, and play that ball alternately to complete the hole.
Entry fee: $75.00 per player
Dinner: cocktails at 6:00 PM, prizes at 6:30 PM, dinner at 7:00 PM
Prizes: gross, net, and team point prizes awarded
Parent/Child Tournament - TBA

Format: selected drive, alternate shot

Women’s Day, Men’s Day, Mixed Doubles – free to members, $15 for guest by member invitation (guest play limited to 8 times)
Junior clinics (45 min or 1 hr by age): Member $12, nonmember $22 (limited to 4 times). Castine resident $20
Group Lessons Junior members (semi-private): 2 players $30 each, 3 players $22 each, 4 players $18 each, 5 players $16 each.
Group Lessons Junior nonmembers (1 hr, semi-private): 2 players $35 each, 3 players $25 each, 4 players $20 each, 5 players $18 each. Participation limited to 4 times.
Tennis Camps
Pee Wee Camp: Thursday –Friday, July 7-8, 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM, $60
Junior Camp (limit 16): Saturday – Sunday, July 30-31, 11-1, 2-4, $150
Ladies Camp (limit 12): Saturday-Sunday, July 16-17, 11-1, 2-4, $150
Court Rental and Guest Fees (per hour)
Adult member $30, adult nonmember: $40. Non-tennis activity club member $35
Guest (nonmember playing with a member): Adult $15. All guest play limited to 8 times.
Conditions of Play
Club championship tournament is limited to members in good standing
Proper tennis attire please. Shoes must be appropriate for tennis courts.
All players must sweep and brush courts after play.
All fees must be paid at the tennis shop or al the golf shop if the tennis staff is absent.
Club Championships: to be played over the weeks of July 17 and July 24. All matches to be scheduled by the Tennis Pro.

No Thursday will be complete without a summer supper at the Clubhouse! Whether you are Colgate racing, Twilight golfing, hard at work, or enjoying a day with family and friends, please join us!

In order to keep prices down, we need a minimum of 50 participants at each meal. With this minimum in mind, the pricing would be as follows:
Thursday suppers: $20/person and $10/child under12.
Downeast supper: $30/person and $15/child under 12.
In addition, we will have four very special "Farm to Table Sunday Suppers" partnering Ellsworth's Cleonice chef and owner, Rich Hanson, with organic farmer Amanda Provencher from Penobscot’s King Hill Farm. Don't miss these: July 10, 24 and August 7, 21. $30/person.
Thursday and Sunday menus will be posted weekly at the golf shop, tennis courts and yacht club. RSVPs are required and must be received the Tuesday prior to each meal.
